Wonderfield Group is seeking a Head of Property to lead the maintenance function at the Head Office. You will own reactive and planned maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance and maintenance expenditure across the estate, driving data-led decisions to support growth.
You will lead the Property team, oversee regional managers, manage the PPM programme, monitor high-cost repairs, and ensure sites remain safe and compliant while delivering value for money.
