Job Description
- Job Title: Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize Quick Books for bookkeeping, transaction recording, and financial data management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review.
- Maintain and optimize financial data within Google Sheets for better reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support budget adherence and financial compliance.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and provide support during audits.
- Remain available for weekend or extended hours as needed to meet business demands.
- Required Skills And Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Staff Accountant, Accounting Associate, Bookkeeper, or Accountant.
- Advanced proficiency in Quick Books for day-to-day financial management.
- Strong command of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization.
- Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment and work independently.
- Must be based in the USA and able to work extended or weekend hours when required.
