With multiple enterprise go lives landing in early 2026, we will scale to more than two million users within the next six months. The scheduling domain is notoriously difficult. Real world constraints, shifting priorities, regulation and unpredictable demand create a level of complexity that legacy tools cannot handle. Our mission is to make this complexity disappear and deliver a simple, powerful experience that works at national scale.

We are hiring a Head of Product to define the next phase of our product strategy as we scale from half a million to millions of users. You will own our long term vision, build a high performing product organisation and set the standard for how intelligent scheduling is experienced across multiple critical industries. You’ll work closely with engineering, ML and commercial leaders to turn deep technical capability into clear customer value and world class user experiences.

- Scaling the product organisation across PM, design and research as the company enters hyper growth
- Clarifying a complex AI led scheduling domain into a simple, elegant experience for millions of users
- Partnering with ML teams to unlock forecasting, optimisation and automation capabilities
- Owning prioritisation and roadmap across B2B and B2B2C, balancing short term delivery with long term platform bet
- Working closely with enterprise customers and frontline users to deeply understand real world workflows
- Driving the product strategy behind our expansion from 500k to two million users in a short timeframe
- Creating consistent product standards, rituals and operating frameworks across the business
What you bring
- Experience as Head of Product or Director of Product in a respected scale up
- A track record of simplifying highly complex or operational domains into outstanding product experiences
- Strong experience partnering with engineering and ML teams to build intelligent or data driven products
- Credibility operating at both strategic and deeply executional levels
- Experience leading product in high scale or large user footprint environments
- Calm, structured product thinking with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
- Evidence of building and leading high performing product teams
- Experience influencing exec teams and working directly with enterprise customers
Why you might be a good fit
- You’ll own the product direction for a platform already operating at national scale
- You’ll work on a problem where exceptional product thinking creates clear, measurable impact
- You’ll have the mandate to build a world class product organisation in a company entering hyper growth
- You’ll shape a product that will soon be used by millions across critical industries
