Our Children’s Services Team are passionate educators and leaders who create safe, engaging environments for young minds to learn, grow, and thrive. Across 40 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver enriching before- and after-school care, packed with creativity, play, and learning. Every day, our team runs programs that include sport, creative arts, cooking, and more—working closely with children, families, and schools to support development in a healthy, inclusive environment.
We are looking for a customer service driven educator to join the team across NSW, hours will consist of 6:20AM - 8:50AM and 2:30PM - 5:30PM, Monday to Friday, and will also involve Vacation Care program during school holidays.

We seek a Casual educator to support children at our OSHC services in Western Sydney. Located at our service in Liverpool, this position offers flexible rostering from Monday to Friday for Before and After school Care. You will need to be available for a minimum of 3 days per week to be considered for this role.
Our Out-of-School-Hours Educators are the sharp minds and friendly faces inspiring and influencing the next generation of young people. Acting as both teacher and role‑model to young students from over 50 NSW Schools, they provide engaging, exciting and interactive activities through our Before School, After School and Vacation Care services.
As a member of our OSHC family, you'll be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of developing young minds, while supporting our OSHC Coordinators to ensure our services stay the very best they can be. You'll work closely with the children (and their parents), sharing your wisdom, support and passions with them to help them grow.
This isn't your typical 9-5 role – and if you bring the dedication, focus and commitment, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a career in education, where you can build a schedule that works for you. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience supervising and interacting with children
- Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
- Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care hours
- Current First Aid HLTAID012 - Provide an emergency response in an education and care setting and CPR
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Police Check (paid for by the Y)
