Position Summary Under the supervision of the Camp Director, the STEM / Art specialist provides program leadership, child development and direct supervision to the STEM program. The role is responsible for developing and renewing the camp STEM program and for assisting with the implementation of a quality camp program as a whole. Activities should provide for growth in skills, self‑awareness, self‑expression and group relationship building. Safety and the overall welfare of campers are of primary importance.
