This position is primarily responsible for representing the YMCA personally, professionally, and in a manner aligned with the mission and goals of the YMCA. The Substitute Child Watch Staff Team Member will play a key role in ensuring that all shifts are covered and children are well cared for when other staff members are unavailable.
As part of a rotating schedule, this individual will be responsible for covering at least one shift per month if another staff member calls out or takes time off. They will be an essential asset to the Child Watch team, helping maintain a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents participate in Healthy Living activities at the YMCA.
As a benefit, the individual will receive a YMCA membership for the duration of their employment.
