Overview
The Adaptive Fitness Coach, reporting to the Program Coordinator of Adaptive Fitness, will provide one on one support to our members in the Adaptive Fitness Program.
This program targets individuals with severe spinal cord injury or neuro trauma, focusing on structured exercise routines with adaptive fitness equipment.
Responsibilities
- Work one on one with clients at the Oak Square location in Brighton.
- Support scheduling of clients’ day-to-day activities.
- Keep detailed records of performance for everyone.
- Tailor safe, effective regimens for each member and provide high quality engagement to ensure smooth integration into our fitness facilities.
