The Youth Work Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the youth programme, ensuring the centre is used effectively by young people for agreed purposes and in line with the organisation’s policies.

Salary: £31,146 per annum plus 5% pension contribution and Benenden Healthcare.

Hours: 35 hours per week, including up to three evenings per week (Monday to Friday, which may include Friday evenings).

Contract: This is a fixed-term post funded by the Education Authority (EA) until 31 March 2029, subject to ongoing funding.
