YMCA London is seeking a Supporter Experience Assistant to join the Data, Insight and Supporter Experience team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The hybrid role requires 1–2 days in the office and will be the first point of contact for supporters, handling inquiries by phone, email and post and processing regular giving requests and CRM updates.

You should bring customer service experience, strong administrative skills and an eye for detail, with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment.
