YMCA Wirral is seeking a Night Shift Worker to support some of our community’s most vulnerable individuals during the night, providing stability in crises.

The role requires compassion, calm judgment, and reliable teamwork, with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

You will work 4-on-4-off from 21:00 to 09:00, ensuring secure spaces, conducting checks, and assisting residents with dignity and respect.

Healthcare and onsite parking are included with the package.
