About the Role: The Cleaning Operative is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all the YMCA St. Paul’s Group properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high quality cleaning service within the YMCA SPG property portfolio.
- Be part of a highly competent and engaged team, delivering a broad range of cleaning services; maximise the contribution of this team and others through collaborative working and training.
- Identify risk to property and compliance and report back via correct channels and process.
- Deliver an effective and efficient Void management process.
- Attend relevant training to improve technical skills and compliance as recognised by the business.
- Serve as an ambassador for YMCA SPG, with customers/residents at the heart of all decision making.
