A meaningful role where your support helps young people thrive. At our Peterborough sites, we currently offer two types of accommodation, each tailored to meet different local needs. While both provide the same essential support services, they are set within unique environments, offering access to a variety of on-site and nearby facilities to help young people thrive and grow in independence.

About the role

Join us as an Assistant Accommodation Project Worker and help young people take steps toward independent living. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working with a small group of residents to build life skills, confidence, and a sense of home. From helping with personalised support plans to creating a safe and welcoming environment, your role will be all about encouragement, guidance, and care.

  • A solid understanding of confidentiality and the importance of maintaining professional boundaries.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours – 20 hours per week, shifts and days will be discussed at interview.
