As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also pitching in with the day-to‑day running of the service.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner and a focus on excellent face‑to‑face support.
- A clear understanding of confidentiality and the importance of professional boundaries.
- Able to work in a respectful, non‑judgemental, and inclusive way.
- Confident and positive when engaging with young people, building trust and rapport.
- Stays calm and focused under pressure, even in challenging situations.

Days and hours:
You will be contracted to 40 hours per week. This is a combination of early shifts (8:00–16:30), mid shifts (11:00–19:30) and late shifts (13:30–22:00). The role also includes working alternate weekends and on‑call duties.

- Annual salary £28,246.40.
