‘Inspiring communities, transforming young lives’

As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also pitching in with the day‑to‑day running of the service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner and a focus on excellent face‑to‑face support.
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality and the importance of professional boundaries.
  • Able to work in a respectful, non‑judgemental, and inclusive way.
  • Confident and positive when engaging with young people, building trust and rapport.
  • Stays calm and focused under pressure, even in challenging situations.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools in day‑to‑day tasks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.

Days and Hours

You will be contracted to 40 hours per week. This is a combination of early shifts (8am‑4:30pm), mid shift (11am‑7:30pm) and late shifts (1:30pm‑10pm). The role also includes working alternate weekends and on‑call duties.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary £28,246.40.
  • 5 weeks holiday & public holiday allowance, plus a paid day off for your birthday (pro‑rate).
