As an Accommodation Project Worker you will help young people build the skills they need to live independently. You will offer support through personalised plans, key working and life‑skills coaching, create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, and assist with the day‑to‑day running of the service.
Responsibilities

- Create a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
- Assist with daily operational tasks of the accommodation service.
- Engage with residents to maintain trust and rapport.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable manner and a focus on excellent face‑to‑face support.
- A clear understanding of confidentiality and the importance of professional boundaries.
- Able to work in a respectful, non‑judgemental, and inclusive way.
- Confident and positive when engaging with young people, building trust and rapport.
- Stays calm and focused under pressure, even in challenging situations.

Hours & Working Conditions
You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, working a combination of early, mid, and late shifts (8:00‑4:30, 11:00‑7:30, 1:30‑10:00). The role also includes alternate weekends and on‑call duties.
What We Offer
- Annual salary £28,246.40.
- 5 weeks holiday & public holiday allowance, plus a paid birthday off (pro‑rata).
