YMCA Trinity Group is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting in Lowestoft. The role is to support the day-to-day running of the room and ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • A minimum of two years post-qualifying experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit

Days and Hours

This role is contracted for 18 hours per week. We have two shift patterns available:

  • Position 1: Thursday & Friday — 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • Position 2: Monday & Tuesday — 8:00am to 6:00pm

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary is £9,642.90 per annum
  • Reduced childcare costs for employees’ own children
