YMCA Trinity Group is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Years Educator to join our vibrant childcare setting in Lowestoft. Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a joyful, safe and stimulating environment for children to thrive? We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant and supportive team.
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.

- Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the room
- Providing high‑quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Working as part of a friendly, experienced and supportive team
- Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed
- Bringing creativity, vision and enthusiasm to your practice

What You’ll Need:
- A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A minimum of two years post‑qualifying experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit

Days and hours: 28.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday 9:00 am‑4:00 pm, Thursday 9:00 am‑3:00 pm and 9‑12 on a Friday.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is £14,732.21 (Term Time, includes holiday pay). Additional benefits we offer include:

- 5 weeks holiday plus public holiday allowance (pro rata)
- Paid day off for your birthday (dependent on staff rota)
