As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

- Supporting the day-to-day running of the room
- Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with theEYFS
- Working as part of afriendly, experienced, and supportive team
- Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed
- Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice

What You’ll Need:
You should have the following qualities:
- A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A minimum of two years post qualifying experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit
In line with safer recruitment processes, successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, facilitated and paid for by YMCA Trinity Group.
Days and hours
You will be contracted to work 34 hours per week, over 4 days, from 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is £23,001.68
