YMCA Trinity Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Caseworker to join our team. This new, exciting role is part of a new era of work with young people. You will play a key role in supporting young people to develop independence, providing high-quality, person-centred support within a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residents, ensuring accurate records, support plans, and professional administration.
  • Complete risk assessments and identify safeguarding concerns, taking appropriate action where required.
  • Provide tailored, person-centred support to help residents develop independence and access relevant services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to meet residents’ needs.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational standards, including Ofsted requirements, and contribute to case reflections, audits, and meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with young people or in a supported housing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and support planning.
  • Understanding of housing, benefits, and support services (e.g. DWP).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to achieving at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.

Days and hours – 40 hours per week – 8 week rota pattern including evenings and weekends.
