YMCA Trinity Group in Cambridge is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our Facilities team.
This hands-on role combines practical maintenance expertise with team leadership to keep sites safe, compliant, and welcoming for people we support.
You will lead a range of maintenance activities, coordinate daily facilities needs, support a small team, and contribute to the evolution of our maintenance strategy while working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
