The Role We’re seeking compassionate and committed Relief Accommodation Workers to join our team at Batt House in Bury St Edmunds. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our Accommodation Team, helping young people thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
This is a flexible, as-and-when-required position, with both day and night shifts available.
As a Relief Accommodation Worker, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of care and support, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the young people in our accommodation. Your presence will make a real difference, offering consistency, care, and encouragement as they work toward a brighter future.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for young people, offering supervision, guidance, and encouragement as needed.
Create and maintain a caring, supportive environment that promotes well-being, independence, and personal development.
Uphold high standards of professional practice, ensuring the safety, comfort, and dignity of all residents.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the accommodation service and meet the individual needs of young people
