YMCA Trinity Group is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for Bank Early Years Educators and Early Years Assistants to join our childcare settings in Ipswich. These flexible roles involve supporting our dedicated childcare team on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover staff holidays and absences.

  • Support the day-to-day running of our vibrant childcare rooms
  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences for children aged 0–5
  • Step in to cover staff absences and holidays
  • Bring creativity, energy, and a sense of fun to every session

What You’ll Need:

  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit

Salary and Benefits:

Our bank workers hourly rate is between £12.36 - £12.51. (Dependent on qualifications, hourly rate includes holiday pay). Additional benefits we offer include:
