Flexible hours, in a rewarding role where you can help to make a positive difference to a young person’s life.
At our Peterborough sites, we currently offer two types of accommodation, each tailored to meet different local needs. While both provide the same essential support services, they are set within unique environments, offering access to a variety of on‑site and nearby facilities to help young people thrive and grow in independence.
About The Role
Relief Accommodation Project Workers play a key role in supporting young residents as they build essential life skills for independent living. You’ll engage with them day‑to‑day, helping to create a warm, clean, and homely environment while encouraging positive behaviour and personal growth. Your support will be vital in helping them prepare for a successful resettlement.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and Hours
Various shifts are available, on and as and when required basis. Our teams work 7 days a week; day, evening and night shifts are available.
Please note, this position will involve some lone working.
