A rewarding role where you can help to make a positive difference to a young person’s life. Our Cambridge accommodation site features 80 rooms, providing a safe and supportive home for young people aged 16–25. At Queen Anne House, our dedicated team of accommodation workers offers ongoing support and encouragement, helping residents build confidence and independence.
As an Accommodation Project Worker, you’ll help young people build the skills they need to live independently, offering support through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming space where residents feel at home, while also pitching in with the day-to-day running of the service.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours – 40 Hours Per Week. A combination of Early Shifts (8am-4:30pm) and Late Shifts (1:30pm-10pm) working over a 7-day rota. The role also includes working alternate weekends and includes on call duties.
