YMCA Thames Gateway in West Kent is seeking a Construction Mentor to work with 16–19-year-old neurodivergent learners, helping them gain City & Guilds Construction qualifications. The role requires experience with SEND and on-site construction knowledge, plus patience and compassion in supporting young people.
The position is part-time, 15 hours weekly (Mon and Thu), with duties focused on practical construction training and safeguarding. A Level 1 Construction/Carpentry is required.
