YMCA Thames Gateway in West Kent is seeking a friendly Personal Development Mentor to work with 16-19 year olds with SEND, delivering our King's Trust curriculum. You will plan and deliver learning sessions with individuals and small groups, engaging them with activities to support life skills and Preparing for Adulthood.

The role requires energy, enthusiasm and flexibility, a can-do attitude, and the ability to inspire and motivate young people in our centre.
