YMCA Thames Gateway is seeking a Head of Housing South to oversee housing operations across the southern portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant and budget-conscious services. The postholder will manage site-based Team Leaders and provide leadership for tenancy management, income recovery, safeguarding and reporting. The fixed-term, full-time role requires strong oversight of performance, voids and lettings, and close collaboration with the Director of Housing and Property Services to maintain.
