You We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Intensive Housing Management (IMO) officer to join our Housing team in Dartford and support our 18+ residents.
You will have a qualification in youth work, housing or within a similar area.
You will have experience working with young people to develop their independence and a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
The YMCATG provides support and guidance to help young people gain the skills and confidence to live independently.
You will play a vital role in the lives of our residents, supporting them to map out what they want their future to look like and then coaching them to achieve it.
