We are currently recruiting for an Impact Lead to support the development and delivery of YMCA Thames Gateway's Inclusion Project, helping to ensure that children, young people and families are able to access information, services and support within their communities. Working under the direction of the Inclusion Manager, the postholder will develop community relationships, engage directly with families and partner organisations and gather meaningful feedback and outcome information to demonstrate the impact of the project. The role will help identify emerging needs and gaps in local provision, ensuring that family voice and learning are used to continually improve the Inclusion Project and inform future YMCA services.

  • Working Pattern: Part-time/ 30 hours per week/ Flexible working pattern
