The key purpose of the post is to be responsible for repairs, servicing and maintenance of all buildings, ground, facilities, equipment and vehicles on sites across Tunbridge Wells, Greenwich and Dartford. Ensuring void properties are ready for occupation for the Association, including reactive maintenance, decoration, repairs, administration and any ad-hoc tasks as arising.
Tasks to cover a wide range of technical and maintenance skills, including:
- Painting
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Grounds work
- General building work
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
