You are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Intensive Housing Management (IMO) officer to join our Housing team in Dartford and support our 18+ residents. You will have a qualification in youth work, housing or within a similar area. You will have experience working with young people to develop their independence and be a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

The YMCA Thames Gateway provides support and guidance to help young people gain the skills and confidence to live independently. You will play a vital role in the lives of our residents, supporting them to map out what they want their future to look like and then coaching them to achieve it.

Summary of Job Profile:

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Sunday
