We are seeking a Construction Mentor to join our small and friendly team in West Kent, working with 16-19 year old neurodivergent learners, to gain their City & Guilds Construction qualifications. The successful candidate must have knowledge and experience of working with young people with SEND, knowledge of working on a construction site and have demonstrable ability to teach construction skills. The successful candidate will also have patience, flexibility and a compassionate approach to supporting young people. You will also have a minimum of Level 1 Construction or Carpentry and experience of working on a construction site.
Contract Type: Part Time/Term Time Only
Working Pattern: 15 hours per week, Monday and Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm
