You are seeking a qualified and experienced accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, statutory accounts, audit support, and robust financial controls. The successful candidate will have experience of month-end and year-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations, management reporting, and external audit liaison. Charity sector experience and knowledge of FRS 102 and the Charities SORP would be advantageous.
Experience Required
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting or reporting.
- Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
- Strong reconciliation, financial analysis and management reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
