YMCA Thames Gateway Group is seeking a dedicated Young Futures Officer to join our housing team in Dartford, to support 16 and 17-year-old children in care. You will assist in developing plans to help young people map a pathway to independence.
The role involves coaching and guiding young people, working within our community-based programmes, and helping them access opportunities and appropriate support services.
