YMCA Thames Gateway Group in Dartford is seeking a dedicated Young Futures Officer to support 16 and 17-year-olds in care within the housing team. You will help young people identify what they want for their futures and coach them to achieve it.
The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a focus on empowerment, safeguarding, and delivering YMCA's youth-focused services in the local community.
