We are currently recruiting for a Contracts and Servicing Manager to manage the organisation's statutory and non-statutory servicing contracts, utility contracts, cleaning services and specialist property vendors, ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and within budget.
The postholder will oversee contract performance, procurement, servicing programmes, utilities management, compliance administration and cleaning operations across the property portfolio, supporting the Building Safety Manager in maintaining full statutory compliance and delivering continuous service improvement.
The role will directly manage the Building Safety Coordinator and provide operational leadership for contract management, cleaning services, servicing programmes and compliance administration.
Summary Of Job Profile
- Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time
- Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9:00am to 17:00pm with the requirement to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service including evenings/weekends on occasion
