YMCA Thames Gateway Group in West Kent is seeking a friendly Personal Development Mentor to work with 16–19 year olds with SEND, delivering our King’s Trust curriculum. The role involves planning and delivering learning sessions with individuals and small groups, engaging learners with activities to support life skills and Preparing for Adulthood.
The successful candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm and flexibility, with a can-do approach to inspire and motivate the young people in our centre.
