We are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Intensive Housing Management (IMO) officer to join our Housing team in Dartford and support our 18+ residents.
You will have a qualification in youth work, housing or within a similar area, experience working with young people, and be a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. The YMCATG provides support and guidance to help young people gain the skills and confidence to live independently. You will play a vital role in the lives of our residents, supporting them to map out their future and coaching them to achieve it.
Contract and Working Pattern
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Monday–Sunday
Qualifications
- Qualification in youth work, housing or a related field
- Experience working with young people to support their independence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
