Overview

You are passionate about great customer service. We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant who’ll go the extra mile to make every customer feel welcome, valued and respected. As the first point of contact, you’ll handle enquiries about our programmes and facilities, provide clear and friendly information, and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism. You’ll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression by offering effective solutions and signposting customers to the right support when needed.
