YMCA Thames Gateway Group in Romford is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Property Team. You will perform repairs, servicing and maintenance of the building and grounds, ensuring void properties are ready for occupation and handling ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
The role requires trades knowledge in building, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, carpet fitting, painting and decorating and a basic knowledge of electrical installations. On-call responsibilities outside normal hours apply.
