Key Responsibilities
- Support the Building Safety Manager by scheduling, tracking and following up on statutory servicing, inspections and compliance tasks.
- Coordinate high‑quality cleaning services across our sites.
- Ensure checks and follow‑up actions are completed on time; review fire risk assessments; contribute to safety reports; use data to produce clear, practical insights.
- Work closely with colleagues, surveyors, engineers and contractors to help develop safe, efficient maintenance strategies across our property portfolio.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid knowledge of building safety principles and compliance requirements, including experience with fire risk assessments and Approved Document B.
- Highly organised and analytical; able to manage multiple priorities and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Confident communicator and team player; committed to maintaining safe, compliant and high‑quality environments.
Contract and Working Pattern
- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 09:00-17:00), with the requirement to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service including occasional evenings/weekends
