About the Role:
This role will manage, oversee, and develop the day to day running of all Services for Young people aged 11- 25 years old with a focus on those that face disadvantage, delivered by YMCA St Pauls Group.This will include developing and implementing new services to ensure the sustainability and positive impact of the department.
He/she will ensure a high level of quality and impact whilst adhering to budgetary limitations, and business processes.

About You:

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing youth services across multiple sites. You will also hold a minimum level 3 qualification in Youth related studies.
