The Role

In this role you will play a key part in the Housing and Support team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional housing and support services to our residents. You will be the first point of interaction for both residents and visitors, handling a broad spectrum of questions and providing detailed information and comprehensive guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and their support networks.
  • Manage reception duties: calls, mail, repairs, payment processing.
  • Act as first aider and fire marshal: conduct safety patrols and emergency checks.
  • Welcome new residents, address complaints, and report anti‑social behaviour.
  • Collaborate with experienced housing advisors to uphold high‑quality service.
