About the role: As a key member of the Housing and Support team at YMCA St Paul’s Group, your role will be integral in providing exceptional housing and support services to our residents. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, ensuring both a dynamic work environment and a significant impact on our community:
- Supervisory Role: You will oversee Housing and Support team members at your site, ensuring high standards of service and support.
- Collaborative Leadership: With the Housing and Support Manager, you’ll foster a whole-team approach to delivering Progression opportunities, working closely with the Progression Team Manager.
- Managing High-Risk Cases: You will handle a small caseload of residents with high-level risks or needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and care.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to enhance resident experience.
- Revenue and Service Charge Maximisation: Assist the Housing and Support Manager in maximising rent and service charge income to maintain the financial stability of services.
- Safeguarding Responsibilities: You will be responsible for safeguarding residents at your service, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Maximising Housing Occupancy: Maximise occupancy by managing referrals, inducting new residents, and liaising with partner agencies.
- Compliance and Behaviour Management: Ensure adherence to Tenancy and Licence conditions, decisively addressing anti-social behaviour and following YMCA policies and procedures.
