About the Role

You will assist the Housing and Support team in delivering high-quality housing and support to residents. The role is often the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing information, advice, and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a high-quality experience for residents and their support network.
  • Perform reception duties: manage telephone services, handle mail, oversee repairs, and process payments.
  • Act as first aid and fire marshal, ensuring safety during emergencies and conducting regular patrols and checks.
  • Welcome residents, address complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and listen to concerns.
