YMCA South Midlands is seeking a Youth Mentoring Coordinator in Milton Keynes to lead a community-based mentoring programme and coordinate volunteer mentors. You’ll build trusted relationships with young people, assess needs, and develop person-centred mentoring plans while working with partners to broaden access to support.
You’ll recruit, train and support volunteers, monitor safeguarding, maintain records and help offer practical wellbeing guidance to young people facing challenges.
