The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.

Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) - 9 month contract

Working Pattern: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (8.00pm - 8.00am) on a rolling rota, plus 1.5 hours per week for meetings and training.

While others are asleep, you’ll be there to provide reassurance, respond to emergencies and help residents through some of their most challenging moments. This is much more than a front-of-house role. It’s about building trust, promoting wellbeing and helping young people feel safe, heard and supported when many other services are unavailable.

About the Role

Working as part of our Housing and Support Team, you’ll help ensure our accommodation remains a safe and welcoming place for residents throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:
