YMCA Robin Hood Group is recruiting a Housing Duty Worker in Worksop to be the first point of contact for residents in our supported housing service.
You will act as the central hub for operations, delivering calm, empathetic support and sign-posting to colleagues and external agencies as needed.
Working 37.5 hours per week, you will uphold our Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility values, manage queries, and help provide a safe, nurturing environment for residents aged 18–35.
