Role Highlights:
- Location: Selby
- Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays
- The Home: Beautiful 4 bedroom home with 1 established child
The Role:
As our new Children’s Residential Team Leader, you will:
- Be a key support for the Home Management to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding
- Ensure the safety, security and most importantly, the well-being of our children is maintained
- Support and manage the day-time team to help keep the house clean, cosy, and running smoothly
- Get to know the kids – what they like, what they need, and how to support them
- Follow our therapeutic model to help them stay calm and feel safe during dysregulated moments
- Keep clear, up-to-date records
- Be a team player creating a great working environment within the home
- Prioritise your continual development and be open to learning new things
