Role Highlights

  • Location: Selby
  • Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays
  • The Home: Beautiful 4 bedroom home with 1 established child

The Role

As our new Children’s Residential Team Leader, you will:

  • Be a key support for the Home Management to achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding
  • Ensure the safety, security and most importantly, the well‑being of our children is maintained
  • Support and manage the day‑time team to help keep the house clean, cosy, and running smoothly
  • Get to know the kids – what they like, what they need, and how to support them
  • Follow our therapeutic model to help them stay calm and feel safe during dysregulated moments
  • Keep clear, up‑to‑date records
  • Be a team player creating a great working environment within the home
  • Prioritise your continual development and be open to learning new things
